Philadelphia-based Talk Therapy
Home: Welcome
Life in a capitalist society is hard for the vast majority of us. Extreme stressors and traumatic events exacerbate this, affecting every aspect of our lives and making relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and our own selves. The struggle to understand the impact of both everyday and extreme events can make us feel isolated, misunderstood, and unsupported, which may lead us to make choices we aren't proud of and limit our enjoyment of life in general.
Seeking help is one of the strongest things you can do, but it can also be intimidating. Maybe you are grappling with life transitions, relationship conflict, feeling unfulfilled, addressing gender/sexual identity concerns, or managing a disability. Maybe you're just looking to grow.
I want to help you explore the intersections of your experiences and identities as we work to reach your goals. My approach is non-hierarchical, compassionate, and collaborative. I recognize that interlocking systems of oppression affect all of us and enforce definitions of self and wellbeing that attempt to make many bodies, ways of living, and relationships unwell. With this, I believe it's imperative to consider you as the expert of your own unfolding process. Together we will gradually explore your lived experience to achieve a life that feels more balanced, peaceful, and authentic.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. My work is LGBTQ+ and disability affirming.
"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination."
